Uuden Neles-yhtiön perustamiseen liittyen Metso Flow Control Oy:n nimi muuttui Neles Finland Oy:ksi 1.2.2020. Suunnitellut Metson yhtiömuutokset Metso Outotecin yhdistymisestä ja Neleksen aloittamisesta itsenäisenä pörssiyhtiönä tapahtuvat vasta myöhemmin Q2 2020 aikana.

The name of Metso Flow Control Oy changes to Neles Finland Oy February 1st, 2020

Related to the creation of the new Neles, the name of Metso Flow Control Oy in Finland will be changed to Neles Finland Oy on February 1st, 2020. The Metso Outotec integration and Neles starting as a separate listed company are planned to happen later during Q2 2020.

The name change doesn’t have any effect on employment contracts and it doesn’t require any actions from the employees.
